Winter is upon us again!
For many Northern Michigan families it’s a tough time of the year – most families have outgrown their winter coats from last year. This time of year can be an added struggle for so many parents who are working their hardest to provide the basic necessities for their children.
Unfortunately, hundreds of kids and parents won’t have a proper coat to fight off the cold of winter. That’s why ESPN Northern Michigan is teaming up with Builders First Source- formerly ProBuild for the Share the Warmth Coat Drive. We’re asking that you check your closets for new or like new coats that may just be taking up space. Please drop off any extra coats, or gloves from October 9th thru December 17th to one of the Salvation Army’s Northern Michigan locations.
A drop off box is also located at the studios of ESPN Northern Michigan in Traverse City, and at Builders First Source- formerly ProBuild locations throughout Northern Michigan.
